3H Precast is the manufacturing heart of the group. From its Istanbul facility it casts GRC facade panels, decorative screens and architectural precast elements for projects across Europe and the Gulf, with full control of moulds, mixes and finishes.
Because the factory is ours, we can prototype quickly, hold quality at the mould and commit to delivery dates that a trading distributor cannot.

Production process
Five stages, all of them in house
Production runs end to end in our Istanbul facility, from the moulds to quality control: 4,500 m² indoor and 9,000 m² outdoor.
Formwork fabrication
Precision starts with the mould.
Moulds are designed and manufactured to the exact size and surface each element needs, in steel or in custom made timber. Good formwork is what holds dimensional accuracy and surface quality through every pour.
Steel frame fabrication
Engineered reinforcement.
Galvanised steel frames are fabricated in house. Connections are welded and quality controlled, and the whole frame is hot dip galvanised for long lasting corrosion resistance.
GRC casting
Quality takes shape here.
A Cem-Fil® developed glass fibre reinforced concrete mix is dosed, brought to the right consistency and poured into the prepared moulds. The chemical admixtures and mould release agents used in casting are imported from England. Vibration and compaction give the panel its density and strength.
Insulation
Thermal and energy performance.
High performance insulation is precision cut for each panel element and fixed for adhesion that lasts. The material itself is specified per project, alongside the building's own requirements.
Assembly, finishing and site installation
From the casting bed to the building.
The GRC skin is fixed to the insulated steel frame, joints are filled and sealed, surfaces are inspected and finished. Panels are packaged, transported to site and installed by our own teams.
